1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vosmotion ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Accounts found to be operated by users under 16 will be terminated.

3. Content Policy

No adult content, nudity, or suggestive material is allowed on Vosmotion. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Upload or generate illegal content of any kind.
• Upload or generate nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
• Create deepfakes or animated likenesses of any person without their explicit consent.
• Upload or generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or hate speech.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person in a misleading or harmful way.

All uploaded content is subject to moderation review before it can be used for generation. We reserve the right to reject any content that violates these standards without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images, audio, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Vosmotion a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Generated videos and audio outputs belong to you. Vosmotion does not claim ownership of your generated content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the rights of others.

5. Generation Credits

The Service operates on a seconds-based credit system. Credits are consumed when generation jobs are processed. Purchased credits are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Vosmotion administrators (for example, in cases of technical failure where a generation produces no usable output).

Credit balances do not expire while your account remains active. Vosmotion reserves the right to modify credit pricing and pack offerings at any time. Such changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service uses AI-based generation technology. AI-generated videos and audio may contain visual artifacts, imperfections, or unexpected results. Vosmotion makes no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vosmotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

7. Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, or our content standards. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading content that violates the content policy.
• Creating deepfakes of non-consenting individuals.
• Abusing the Service or attempting to circumvent moderation.
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. You may request an export of your data prior to account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vosmotion operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
